We ship orders worldwide using international registered small parcel services.

Order processing time depends on whether the product is a standard (non-customized) item or a customized product.
- Non-Customized Products: Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
- Customized Products: Production and shipping times vary depending on product complexity. The estimated processing time will be confirmed with you after the product design or customization plan has been discussed and approved.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once an order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:
6–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance procedures, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control.
4. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear in the logistics system.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
6. Delays and Exceptional Circumstances
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, or force majeure events.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. GoKing is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
- You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with original packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
- Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping error.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After review, GoKing will provide one of the following solutions at our discretion:
- Replacement of the same item
- Full refund

3. Returns for Personal Reasons
If you wish to return an item due to personal reasons (such as change of mind or ordering error), the following conditions apply:
- The item must meet all return eligibility requirements.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
- For confirmed defective or incorrect items, GoKing may cover or reimburse return shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days after the returned item is received.
- Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a quality issue.
