- Customized Products: Production and shipping times vary depending on product complexity. The estimated processing time will be confirmed with you after the product design or customization plan has been discussed and approved.

Once an order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

- Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping error.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
