- Customized Products: Production and shipping times vary depending on product complexity. The estimated processing time will be confirmed with you after the product design or customization plan has been discussed and approved.

Once an order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
- You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with original packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
- Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping error.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- The item must meet all return eligibility requirements.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- For confirmed defective or incorrect items, GoKing may cover or reimburse return shipping costs.

Please note: This product is an initial deposit for a custom fursuit commission. It is not a ready-to-ship item.

Once all details are confirmed, you may proceed with purchasing this deposit to officially begin the commission process.

- All custom fursuit products are 100% handmade. Minor imperfections or natural handcraft variations may occur and are considered part of the handmade character.

Wear a skin-tone bodysuit as the base.
Put on the cosplay outfit carefully. Avoid snagging the fabric on Velcro fasteners.
- Open the side locks and separate the front and back shells.
- Position the back shell against the back of the neck.
- Attach the front face shell — magnetic alignment assists positioning — then fasten both side locks.
- Adjust the inner padding until your forward vision is properly aligned.
Install the ponytail or hair accessories, adjust the bangs, and step into another world.
