- Non-Customized Products: Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
- Customized Products: Production and shipping times vary depending on product complexity. The estimated processing time will be confirmed with you after the product design or customization plan has been discussed and approved.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once an order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. GoKing is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with GoKing. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a reliable shopping experience. Please review this Refund & Return Policy carefully before submitting a return or refund request.
1. Return Eligibility
- You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with original packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
- Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping error.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- The item must meet all return eligibility requirements.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
- For confirmed defective or incorrect items, GoKing may cover or reimburse return shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Please note: This product is an initial deposit for a custom fursuit commission. It is not a ready-to-ship item.

Once all details are confirmed, you may proceed with purchasing this deposit to officially begin the commission process.

- All custom fursuit products are 100% handmade. Minor imperfections or natural handcraft variations may occur and are considered part of the handmade character.

- Open the locks and separate the front and back shells.
- Position the back shell securely against the neck.
- Attach the front face — magnetic alignment assists positioning — then fasten both side locks.
- Adjust the internal padding until forward vision is properly aligned.
